Core Problem

Learners and employers are misaligned: education is often course-centric rather than skill-centric, and there is little infrastructure to map learning outcomes to real-world competencies and hiring needs.

HR Services and Workforce Support

SkillDoze supports workforce development through structured skill frameworks. We work with organizations to define competencies, assess gaps, and connect learning to roles and progression.

HRM Platform Development

We build and use an HRM platform that supports onboarding, leave, performance, and analytics. This keeps our own operations clear and serves as a reference for how HR infrastructure can be simplified.

  • Onboarding and role clarity
  • Leave and attendance
  • Performance check-ins
  • Lightweight analytics

AI-Assisted Learning Systems

AI is used to personalize learning paths, provide feedback, and support assessment—while keeping curricula transparent and aligned to defined skills rather than black-box recommendations.

Human-AI Collaboration Model

We emphasize human-in-the-loop design: AI supports tutors and learners but does not replace structured human judgment. Co-tutoring and hybrid models are central to our research and product direction.

Current Stage

SkillDoze is in development with early pilots in learning and HR infrastructure. We are validating skill frameworks and AI-assisted learning flows with partners.

Long-Term Vision

To be a leading infrastructure layer for skill-based learning and employability—where learning outcomes are measurable, portable, and directly tied to workforce and career readiness.

Positioning

SkillDoze positions as infrastructure for skills: we are not a generic LMS or content marketplace, but a system that makes skill development measurable, AI-augmented, and connected to real-world outcomes.
