Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by You
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Shows
If you fail to attend the scheduled meeting (no-show) without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable. I will wait in the meeting room for 10 minutes. If you do not arrive within that grace period, the meeting is considered a no-show.
3. Cancellations by Me
In the rare event that I must cancel the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered a choice between a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay. It may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement or credit card.
5. Requesting a Refund/Reschedule
